Inaugural One-Wall Doubles League a Smashing Success

This summer, the Springfield handball community participated in their first ever one-wall big ball doubles league at Fassnight Park. The league consisted of six weeks of matches, had 27 participants consisting of current players and alum, and led to great competition and camaraderie at all skill levels. It was a fun change of pace for what is historically a heavily indoor small ball handball community. It was also a great way to keep players engaged while our courts undergo renovations. Congratulations to captain Grant Morris and his team for winning the inaugural summer league.
